Toni LaSala:

An Exercise Physiologist, Registered Kripalu Yoga Teacher is also a certified Health/Fitness Instructor by the American College of sports Medicine, certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, certified Group Fitness Instructor, certified Massage Therapist, certified American Red Cross CPR/AED instructor, certified Arthritis Instructor by the Arthritis Foundation, and an adjunct professor for the Exercise and Movement Science Department at William Paterson University.

Toni owns and operates Nature's Remedy. She has been teaching fitness classes since 1984, and currently consults and delivers health education seminars to employees of various corporations. Toni specializes in exercise programs and therapeutic massage modalities for those with clinical considerations such as Arthritis, MS, Orthopedic concerns, etc. She is a member of the Arthritis Foundation, American College of Sports Medicine, the National Strength and Conditioning Association, The American Council on Exercise, the American Massage Therapy Association, The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association and the Yoga Alliance.

Toni's specializes in integrated massage (combination of therapeutic, deep, and myofascial techniques), geriatric and hospital-based massage for the seriously ill, sick and dying.

Gary McCabe:

Gary McCabe, B.A. Cultural Anthropology, has studied cross cultural healing and human development for over 20 years. He began Tai Chi studies in 1980 and then became certified in massage in 1981.  He teaches Tai Chi (yang style short form), Qi gong,  Holistic Stress Management seminars and does Personal Integration Coaching.

 

 

 

 
 

Krishna Damian Boscardin

Krishna Damian Boscardin is a Certified Yoga Instructor and has been teaching since 2001. He   feels fortunate that he has been studying   with great    teachers from different Yoga traditions. He is a disciple of his revered   spiritual teacher Reverend Jaganath Carrera   and an active   member of Yoga Life Society. His classes are creative and   playful   as well as filled with the   ancient    Yoga Philosophy and spiritual teachings that make us reflect and open our minds and hearts   to other aspects of our being that may be dormant in one's busy modern living. As a devoted student and teacher in Yoga his highest purpose is to   promote health in the body,    peace in the mind, and happiness in one's own heart and then share the blessings with others.

  

Michele DeVito

Michele has her BS in Health Science and Ma in Psychology is also a nationally certified Massage Therapist.  Michele specializes in swedish, myofacial, sports, and medical massage as well as a Reiki practitioner.  She is currently teaching chair massage and sports massage at the Institute for Therapeutic Massage in Pompton Lakes.  She  has also been racing competitively for over 13 years and is a 23 time marathon finisher in the midst of completing all 50 states.  Michele is now training  others to run - from beginners to advanced levels.

Marlene Leitman, Aromatheraphy and Raindrop Specialist

Marlene's study of essential oils resonated with a passion to help others. Sharing, educating and using essential oils in her massage practice through raindrop treatments brings her the most joy. Her vast education in many integrative and alternative healing modalities (including body/mind gestalt training, massage, reiki, energy work and aromatherapy) has given Marlene a rich and valuable background and experience.

Marlene's objective is to make a difference on all levels of healing and empower all those on her path. She possess great compassion and empathy which has supported her when she was a hospice volunteer and has given her tremendous insight.

 

Jen Janz

Jen Janz is a nationally certified yoga instructor, personal trainer, and reiki practitioner. She instructs yoga in fitness centers, yoga studios, hospitals, schools, and privately. A successful personal trainer, she designs and implements fitness plans that get results for her clients. Additionally, as a reiki practitioner, Jen helps her clients by rebalancing vital energy flow to help accelerate their healing processes and move toward optimum holistic health.

Having been teaching yoga since 2000, Jen ‘zen’ teaches a variety of yoga styles and welcomes everyone to her classes. Students benefit physically, mentally and spiritually when attending Jen’s classes on a regular basis. Jen’s specialty is one-on-one personal yoga training for healthy mind-body integration and rejuvenation. Call her at 201-788-4966.
